  • All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitute, or issue a refund if the product cannot be delivered.
  • While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and availability, we do not guarantee that the information on our site is always up to date or error-free. In such cases, we will notify you and resolve any discrepancies as soon as possible.

4. Shipping

  • We offer several shipping options, and the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us at contact@thefrenchweddingveil.com to request a cancellation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return the item.
